BEST location, John was super friendly, lovely beach and rooms.

The BEST location, steps away from the loveliest beach, which includes free sun beds for guests which was amazing, and Kardamena, so easily could potter to and from our rooms. Really comfy and clean.

Very poor

End of village ,nothing wow.the beach I front is ok only for adults so you are walking to all other nice beaches

Booked for 2 adults and kid received 2 single beds room.contacted owner he never responded.Also keys was left on the door but I never received an email to know what exactly I am doing morning whe we arrived -glad that I booked only 3 night -now I moved to a better place

Magnificent view

The location! In front of the seaside, and I also loved the thing that umbrellas are included in the price John is the best housekeeper

The stove was not working but in the photos it was showed

I would definitely return, especially with family.

The location was amazing, the ambiance and owners very cheerful, and there were facilities for cooking which is a major plus. It was affordable, central and right on the beach. What more can you ask for?

Great beach

Directly at the most beautiful stretch of the town's beach - with free-to-use sun beds/umbrella and a ladder into the sea from where one could directly swim (no sandbank). All necessities in walking distance. As we stayed there at low season, it's been quiet enough, as well. Inexpensive. Friendly reception. Good restaurants in proximity.

The ceiling light wasn't working, the refrigerator didn't close firmly and was very noisy (my travelbuddy couldn't sleep and we had to find a second accomodation for her). We were promised for, at least, the ceiling light to be repaired during our stay, but it never happened. But, well - it's been inexpensive and a very nice area, so...

Lovely quaint hotel right on the beach. Perfect for couples!

Perfect location (right on the beach, in a less busy area of Kardamena). Room was absolutely lovely, with sea view and little balcony, perfect for morning coffee!

Great Location. Watch out for double charging

Fantastic location. Couldnt be better.

The owner was confused and tried selling us a room we had already paid for. Hadnt a clue what was going on.

The room didn't smell good at all, like rusty waterpipes and the sink's tap in the toilet had leakage.

Studio apartments right on the beach

Your own beach with access to the sea your own sun beds where you could bring your own drinks and snacks great for swimming in the sea near to bars and restaurants

Room was too small and needs updating but location made up for that not enough sockets for charging phones etc would book a bigger room if we were to return. Owner John was very friendly would stay again

Great location but tired apartment

Location right on the beach, free sun beds, basic but clean.

Even though the apartment is cheap it could do with a bit of a refurb (couldn’t shut bathroom door for example).

Exceptional

Hotel located on the beach with own sunbeds. The room was spacious, air con worked perfectly, it had a kitchenette. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Location was great, the views from the beach - stunning.

Wifi didn’t work in the room but it worked perfectly on the beach and on the patio.

AMAZING value property!!!!

John is an amazing and gracious host. The hotel is located right on the water with sun beds and umbrellas ready for the guests to use at no charge. The property is located on the edge of Kardamaina and is no more than 10 minute walk from anything you might need from buses or taxis to town, to supermarkets to some great restaurants. My room (and I think all) had a fridge and a hot plate as well as a balcony which was extremely useful.

The rooms are a little dated but I didn’t care bc the value for the room was excellent

Cheap and cheerful

The location is great it’s got its own private beach with ladder to get into the sea and is very close to everything. He owner is lovely and can’t do enough for you

Very dated could do with an upgrade but if your after a cheap holiday with no frills this place is for you

Good value for money

The location was great, lots of amazing restaurants, as well as supermarkets, cafe, port, car rental place in walking distance. But still in a quiet area. The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The beach is right in front of the hotel with clear water + great snorkeling place. The guy from the Emporia Hamam right next door even served drinks upon request, which was super nice. AC + safety deposit box were included in the price. Free parking available.

Room service upon request, which seemed very unusual for Greece (we have been to 10+ Greek Islands (also during pandemic) but never experienced that). Double bed consisted of 2 beds put together, which resulted in a big gap in between + the beds would move. In general, the room seemed like it's not maintained too well. Only 2 power outlets, one in the kitchen, one next to the balcony door.

Great vacation at John's Ladikos Hotel

Over all, incredible experience with outstanding hosts!! Top place for spending our vacation. Ladikos Hotel is a really nice and special place and we are happy we found it.

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, I arrived at the hotel at night and unfortunately when we went to close the door the key broke and stayed in the lock, so we called the hotel owner to ask for help and explain what happened, he started to be very rudely on the phone and said we would have to pay for the key (which wouldn't be a problem for me) when he got to the room he started screaming and said I'm going to call the police, and told us to shut up, very rude, he was completely out of control and very aggressive, so we were told that he gave another room to spend the night, we realized that we forgot to ask for the air conditioning control so I sent a message asking that I didn't receive an answer, later we called to ask for the control and he said he wouldn't give us the air conditioning control because it was not included in the price (which is not true) when I rented the room online I was saying that the room would have air conditioning, so we slept very poorly at night because it was so hot and luckily the way they treated us spoiled my night. in the bathroom there were a lot of cockroaches and it was not very clean , but what bothered me the most about it was the rude and aggressive way he talk to us .

Very good

Location was fantastic , price was great , hosts were very nice and let us keep room on for half day free

Decor needs updating and shower should be better , but beds were clean and changed once during week , can’t really complain for price.
