comfortable and ideal!

great location, lovely people!

the only thing that would have improve our stay was the shower, it was going from boiling hot to ice cold and sometimes was barely giving any water, apart from this everything was perfect!

Feeling Cheated, disappointed and surprised that such a facility is allowed to operate.

We were able to see the sea from our room. Nevertheless, it was so noisy (loud music downstairs all day snd night) that made it impossible to hear the sounds of the waves on the rocks (no sandy beach available. The only access to the water was though s dangerous and slippery stairs)

Extremely noisy since the owners operate from 9am to 3am a drink club with very loud speakers outside the club. We saw none ar the reception desk or cleaning stuff all four days we were there. Only the third day and after we begged they cleaned (and very superficially) our room. Filthy, filthy, filthy. Water for a shower was also an almost non- existent commodity (water had no pressure to reach our room located at the first floor. A huge question: how can this facility overate without any staff? (Please note that all four young owners work at the noisy bar under the six tental rooms, so the guests are totally left alone and with noone to address their questions or complaints). How is this facility allowed to operate without runnings water, sufficient sanitary conditions and nobody available to address our requests (i e. our pleas to change bed sheets, ckean the floors, etc)??? Total anarchy and lack of oversight authority. Finally, one more reason we feel cheated was that we had been given the Impression that we were going to have a big (king, queen, or at least a double sized) bed. Well, in fact, they gave us two single beds which in the middle had put an unhealthy foam. Of course me and my wife could only touch hands at the best.

the apartments were beach front. It was obviously very early on in the season, and we got upgraded to a sea room as they weren’t full, which I thought was a really nice gesture! Rooms are typically “Billy basic” Greek rooms on a self catering basis. little tired in places, but you only sleep there! there was a fridge, kettle and a hairdryer. The location is amazing. To wake up to a sunrise like that everyday, it’s stunning. I even emailed them before we went to see if they could put a couple of sunbeds out for us. When we arrived, they were waiting for us on the small little beach cove right next to the apartments. Nothing was too much trouble. the room was cleaned with fresh towels etc. We ate lunch there too which was really nice. I would recommend these to people. Thank you!

Adequate but smell means we wouldn’t return

Modern looking and good that it had an on-site bar and restaurant

Bathroom very smelly. Left window open and closed door to keep the smell out of the bedroom. Only staying one night so no point in complaining. Music from downstairs bar very loud considering the bar was empty.

Arguably the best in Kardamena town

Perhaps the best in Kardamena town, clean rooms with good view, great beach bar and beach, quiet, chill and most importantly, still waters thanks to the south facing beach which is a blessing in islands like Kos that can get very windy and wavy in north facing beaches. Staff was friendly, overall very smooth stay!

Really nothing. Trying to find something but all good. Ah! The airco in our room was leaking drops of water, but hey…

The beach bar was really nice, nice view, nice cocktails!

Our room (No 3) was next to a karaoke bar and the music went on until 01:30 AM. Therefore it was really loud and impossible to sleep until the singing stopped.

Great location, very nice beach bar downstairs , pretty view from the terrace, lovely staff. Located on the waterfront, super convenient, and 10 minutes from the airport, great for hanging out on the beach until the last minute before your flight

Shower head needs descaling. Would be good to have some sort of duvet, the blanket seemed like it was meant to have a cover. Feels a bit bare and utilitarian, a bit of paint and care with decor would make it truly great. And light sleepers beware, there is a karaoke next door. With the windows closed and AC on, it's bearable, but you will hear it.

Very nice people, and very nice room with a modern bathroom. It is located irectly at the beach, with a good bar and Restaurant in the lower part of the house. Perfekt to relax and swim or eat.it is still in the center, so you can walk to the harbor and Shops/Restaurants there, or you can walk into the Village - while it is mich more quiet here at Vrahos. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and will definitely come Back!

Perfect stopover with friendly staff

The staff were amazing, they organised taxis and bent over backwards to arrange a room for us when storms bought us back to the island a day early. It is the perfect stop over for when you are planning forward travel to or from the airport. The rooms are basic, but very clean and cared for.

The music from the bar below can go on after 12, so don't be planning a great night's sleep if you are a light sleeper.

A little gem

Beautiful place right on the sea front, Beautiful views. The beds are really comfortable and everything new and clean. Small supermarket a few steps from the door and surrounded by restaurants and bars. We will be visiting again 100% 😀😀
