Amazing location, staff was very friendly. The family villa we stayed in was nice and private,
Downstairs rooms at the villa need some serious reno or at least better decor. Felt like we were sleeping in someone’s basement, there was nothing aside from the patio that matched the aesthetic or feel of the rest of the retreat. The spa location was nice but the changing rooms & start procedure also need to be upgraded a bit - some rose related scent or any scent would have been a great addition.

It was beautiful and relaxing. Loved the electric blankets and mini-split so at night it was warm. Staff was excellent. Dining area was beautiful. Also had an excellent massage. Good base to explore the Panorama Route.
The tents need better lighting, especially something focused on the closet. Had to use my headlamp to see in my closet.
