Meh

Location, clean large space access to stove and 24h guards made me feel safe

The staff not helpful at all and rude! The instructions were in English and made no sense the guard told us to put the keys at the end in the wrong box and once contacting your team to apologise I was yelled at did not feel welcomed nor taken care of not sure if the lady on the other end had a bad day but shouldn't have taken it out on me

Lovely apartment stay for a couple

Very central in Wroclaw near market square. Easy to get here from the airport (one bus that was a couple pound per person, if you're from abroad it is the bus 106 from the airport and you buy a ticket at a machine). The apartment has green glass to help identify it as well as a little reading gnome outside (enjoy finding these!). The apartment was spacious and clean with all we required.

Great apartment. Some improvements needed.

Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment in central location. Secure parking for 40 PLZ/day. Good wi-fi.

The check in instruction did not state it clearly where to collect the keys. The security office did not have 'Just apartments' logo. It took me a bit of walking round the block until I eventually came across a security person who sent me in the right direction. *********The security office has a glass front wall with green glass/plastic ornaments. ********* Not easy to find the right apartment in the big complex at first. However, once you find it, it's easy to get back to it. The company's office is off site. We had to leave money for the car park in the apartment on leaving. No confirmation of recite have been provided to me, even though I had requested it. Cleanliness could be better - found lots of hair and dust in the bathroom drawers.

Excellent for that price!

Clean and big enough apartment just in the city center. Quite silent, everything is there. Amazing for a family.

Tiny parking lot. I wasn’t able to take my bags from my car due to lack of space. I had to park my car in 5 cm from a wall.

Convenient apartment. Easier than a hotel

Quick one night stay transfer between train journey and onward stay with family. This apartment was ideal. I would consider a longer stay here. Wrocław is a great city. I like: Location Spacious Clean Stylish

Noisy road, yet windows fairly effective at reducing noise. Smell on entry as if previous guest was smoking. We left the windows open and it was better.

excellent stay, right in the heart of the city.

excellent location, easy access, could not find a better location. room was clean and comfortable, with relatively good facilities. shower was great bathroom was good. while apartment was clean and tidy. Basic items were provided like washing up liquid, cleaning cloth and sponge, dish towel,plenty of clean towels, room had air con.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. the previous occupants had obviously ignored the no smoking rule.

We loved it all. Great location, clean and spacious apartment with everything you might need (and looking exactly like on the photos), peace of not being bothered by hotel staff. The parking under the building feels secure and is also quite cheap in comparison to other options in the centre.

The apartment was extremely clean, convenient and comfortable! All provided amenities (coffee, tea, plenty of hand soap and toilet paper) were greatly appreciated as well as the fully equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave oven, dishes etc.). Would 10/10 stay there again!

The curtains were very thin so we had to use sleeping masks to sleep in a bit in the morning since the apartment is very sunny!

Overall satisfied with my stay.

Great location, spacious, comfortable, good value. The wifi was better than expected.

A bit of trouble picking up my keys, and the person at the desk did not speak English. In the end, got help from another employee.

The location is excellent right in the centre of things but very peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The staff were excellent and responded to a couple of enquiries we made immediately. Wroclaw is a nice city and this is the ideal place to enjoy it.

The only thing I can think of is that a toaster would be nice.
