Great hotel, great people at reception, everything smells nice and everything is clean. I reccomend this hotel. It has really good connection to public transport when u come from the airport and the train stops are also close if u want to go to the city areas, many grocerie shops are nearby.

The hotel was chosen due to close location to our children’s apartment. A nice place with lovely internal decoration. Spacious room with a kitchenette and quite a big fridge. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bathroom has a proper bath. It was quite cold in Wroclaw, however, the room was heated to a comfortable temperature. We booked a room without breakfast. Hotel is just 3 tram stops from the city centre. Big shopping centre nearby. Very reasonable price. Girls at the reception were friendly and supportive.

Breakfast was as expected, never had I travel in Poland and had bad breakfast. Most surprising was the room size as it was huge, it felt more as a little apartment, but when compared to my friends room it is not the case for all. I stayed in rrom 300 and I guess all above and below will be the same size. Every room has queen size bed big smart tv and huge bath room and small kitchen with microwave, sink, drawers and good size fridge, desk and AC. My room had to tvs and 2 ac as it was bigger. You also receive complementary water and coffe.

staff rude, the woman in reception doesn't say good morning…she was angry or what?
the day of check out at 8 in the morning someone open the door ,, was the woman for clean the room .. she can't read that outside is the sticker : don't disturb?
the breakfast was poor, woman's work there just running like crazy with sad faces because want quickly finish work?….
