Below my expectation

Excellent location. Good breakfast.

Some call it "charming" or "quaint". I call it old and tired. The old windows don't shut completely, so there's no soundproofing against the loud chats at the café outside. There's no safety deposit box in the room (you can deposit valuables at the office). No blackout curtains meant that sunlight came in starting at 5 AM. Very limited seating available in the breakfast room; had to wait for a table.

Window drapes did not fully cover my windows and people from the next building could see into my room.

The hotel is well located. Breakfast was good. Good value for money if looking for a cheaper and clean option.

Curtains didn't extend across the length of the rail. Bedroom too cluttered with unnecessary chairs so little space to move or place your case. A bit noisy and wasn't even peak season. Need proper pillows. They had like a mini continental pillow that was too soft

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, nice staff.

No blackout curtains ( I had put blankets over the windows:-) otherwise street lights disturbing sleep) Occasionally, some street noise.

Lovely place, close to the old town centre. Very helpful staff. And those scrambled eggs!!

Easy to find, convenient for the city centre, very helpful staff, help with carparking and luggage. Breakfast was very good (eggs cooked to order - very good!). Clean and comfortable.

Because of the location of the room, the evening noise from bars and cafes in the courtyard could be heard in the room. We had to shut the windows till about 11pm. Then it was very quiet, so OK.

Exceptional

The location was perfect, only 2 minutes to the main square. Receptionist was lovely, printed our boarding passes, ordered a taxi, and sorted a packed breakfast bag.

Charming, old-fashioned style hotel, near the market square, with very helpful staff on reception

- Nice big room with very comfortable beds - Really convenient location, very close to the main market square (the Rynek) - Friendly, helpful staff who were always available at the reception desk - Charming and characterfully old-style hotel, not just a modern bland box - Tasty breakfast buffet with a good selection of breakfast items - Good-sized bathroom

- Our room was a little too hot for us (although some guests no doubt like it hotter than we do) - The curtains were rather thin so didn’t really block out all the light

Perfect location and staff, large room with a comfy bed, let down by hot and noisy room,

kartę room, lovely super comfy bed, deep large bath, nice and really helpful staff, brilliant location

no aircon, noisy with cars racing at night, no blinds & see-through curtains

A good location.

The fixtures and fittings were v old and dated. The curtains were old and flimsy, didn’t stop the light or cover the windows.

A very nice and charming hotell with a great staff.

Great location, clean rooms with a nice atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good.

Great, we loved it

Hotel is right in the centre, its old but has a pleasant atmosphere. Booked a suite for our family which turned out bigger than expected. Beds were very good. Had a parking place 50m outside hotel, but bellboy walked several times with us between hotel and car. And it was pouring when we arrived! Other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

It can be noisy outside. Breakfast buffet is fine but I was suspicious if some offerings weren’t kept from the previous day

Location right in the centre. Nice historical building.

Parking far from the hotel. Very uncomfortable for the family. Windows on the street- no sleep. All the bars are open until late night, very loud car drivers who wanted to have attention- that meant no sleep for me. Warm room, no AC- with the baby and open windows it was either cold or too hot inside. Breakfast was ok, but had better for the same price. Not all the cutlery was clean.

The hotel is ideally situated, staff are knowledgeable, recommend the hotel, not my room location.

After midnight, the street noise became excessively loud for nearly 3 hours. Request a room overlooking the courtyard!
