The room size was generous and recently refurbished. Bathroom smart and fresh. The food was very good.
The breakfast was a little cramped and disorganised. Limited space to put your plate down to serve yourself, particularly cereals, milk and fresh fruit.

Very comfortable and spacious beds. We travelled with our four-year-old daughter, and a cot was provided for her. When we requested additional bedding, it was delivered immediately. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also smelled fresh. We were very pleased with our stay! The first room did not have a cot or sofa bed for our daughter, but the friendly and understanding reception staff immediately moved us to another room at no extra charge.
The selection in the hotel restaurant is not very extensive, but everyone will certainly find something to eat.

Great location. Nice renovated room with excellent bathroom and large smart tv. Decent little spa. Majority of staff were great.
We weren’t informed till the day before our trip that there would be construction work at the property so the relaxing spa trip I had saved up for months did not happen!! I struggle to sleep at night as my partner snores heavily (yes we’ve tried all the obvious fixes- he’s on a surgery waitlist) because of this i rely on sleeping in late as he’s an early riser and usually have to have an afternoon nap to catch up on my hours- drilling started at 10am through till the afternoon. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep nor could we relax in the spa as it was so loud. On day 2 after only a few hours sleep since we arrived I went to reception in tears asking for help with the issue I was facing. The lady at reception smiled as I sobbed and said the construction info has been on our website for a few weeks! We didn’t book via the website that was in polish?!! We booked through booking.com which informed us 24 hours before our arrival. I’ve left more exhausted than I arrived. Being a full time carer for my mum and being on a low income- upset doesnt begin to explain how I feel right now. Being charged full price for a hotel room under these conditions was very disappointing. We at least expected a complimentary meal to make up for it. Poor service from the lady who smiled as I sobbed.
