From the hotel it is an easy walk to the center and to the canals that wind through the interesting city. The beds were dangerous to lay on because they were so comfortable we didn't want to get up! The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of foods to chose from. We loved the welcoming cookies!
We wish the check in staff would have told us more about the wonderful restaurant on the ground floor that connects to a wonderful outside food court. There is no need to go the the center looking for a restaurant. The best restaurants in the city are in this food court. We found this out too late though. We only found out on our own when we went down for a drink later in the night.

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety
The room was quiet and bright
All the stuff members were polite and professional.
We appreciated the water station
Parking was very efficient
The location is great near all the attractions and on a quiet place
The bed was very uncomfortable
The mattress was sinking in the middle
The shower head was unstable and we think that for a 5 star hotel a rain shower will be more appropriate

The staff at the reception was very nice and lovely and the cookie as gift was an unexpected surprise, in a good way.
The room was very clean and spacious, all clean and the strawberry and chocolate were a good touch too.
The staff was very helpful for the car park ticket and managed to don't park twice before leaving.
The room got noisy over night due to the modified cars outside racing around and I thought it should have been more sound proof the room.
The spa was not really what I have expect from the picture, it felt much smaller and having the jacuzzi out of service was not much else to do to relax since kids were screaming around and there was no real place to sit down and enjoy the moment
