First of all, the location. It was just a stone's throw from the old town. Also, all the staff were friendly and corteous.
It could be a little noisy outside, but the window was isolated enough.

The location of the hotel is almost perfect only few steps to the city center. The ambiente is Norderney and functional. The breakfast was great and all staff are very friendly.
We enjoyed our visit!

The hotel is well located close to the city center. The rooms are large, bright and clean, and you enjoy a wardrobe, a desk and two chairs. The beds are confortable and the pillows are good. The room has a kettle. There is a lift. The breakfast is very rich and offers many options for all the tastes. Staff is kind and helpful. Complimentary water eith and without gas. Decent price.

I was really disappointed with hotel policy regarding the breakfast. When we arrived, a young lady at the reception told us that it was served till 10:30 am, and that's what the hotel booklet said too. But when we came to the area by 10:11 (having had arrived quite lately the previous day), it was all over and already unavailable - surprise, surprise! On the third morning - again a surprise - there was no buffet served anymore - we were just offered to order something; meaning we would have to wait for it... really inconvenient. All in all, we had breakfast at this hotel only once: it was decent, but modest, and exorbitantly priced, and there was no discount for children. I would advise you to stay at some other place, where the management would stick to their own schedule and would provide adequate breakfasts for adequate price, and in an orderly and timely manner.
