The breakfast was really good and the room had all the required amenities. The location of the hotel is really nice and the transportation and supermarkets are close by. The staff was kind.
We were celebrating an occasion and informed the hotel staff in advance about preferring a room with a nice view. Sadly we got a ground floor room facing the parking area so had to keep our room shades closed throughout our time there. Despite arriving at the hotel reception well in advance and requesting for an early check in, the hotel staff were not able to inform us if the room was ready yet and only when we kept asking again, did we get to know that the room was already ready for check in. I think these small things could be improved slightly though everything else was excellent.

The location was really good - right opposite a tram station- easy access to public transportation.
Most of the staff were really nice except one male person- who was rude
The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable.
The second day when requested the room to be arranged , it was done only partially

It’s location near where my family lived. It’s location near two of the train departure points. Near a local convenience shop.
Room was small. Outdated carpet. Bed was very low to ground. Not enough pillows or support. Tub very high up. Felt like getting on back of a horse.
