The location was perfect as the offices we needed to go to are only 5 min walk from there. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very varied and the spa facilities were also ok. Worth going back to
not really any remarks, a little bit of a walk to the city centre but this was not an issue for us

Big spacious room
Thought the price quoted for breakfast was high, stayed 4 nights, had breakfast outside the whole time

Lovely staff, nice decor and chocolate hour was a nice little touch. I also thought check out was 12 but it was 11, staff were nice about the fact I checked out late accidentally.
Rooms have ZERO soundproofing. We were woken up several times throughout our stay from slamming doors and also next doors “adult activities” sounds.
Could hear everything through the walls…. If I was staying any longer I’d need to move rooms.
Was supposed to be a king sized bed but was 2 singles pushed together.
Tram noises are also loud even with windows shut (also can’t open any windows and room does get hot)
Air con hit and miss as to whether it works
Rooms seemed smaller than expected
Shower leaks at the bottom into the bathroom
