Very pleasant, clean accommodation in a central but quiet location, helpful staff.

This was great. Absolutely loved our room very clean they had clean bedding for the sleeper sofa for my daughter. Yes check in is at a different location very close within walking distance. Very polite just over a wonderful experience thank you for the staY

Nice apartment close to centre. Checking in was a bit of a pain as it was at another location and information was not super clear.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and amenities good...although a microwave would be a useful addition. But the service here is shocking. Booked a family room but had to ring down for bedding...at the cost of my phone bill as no phone in apartment, said she didn’t understand why I needed more bedding other than what was on the bed. I had to explain the sofa doubled as a bed and I would require bedding for it, I actually had to list each item of bedding I wanted...but still only received a duvet, no sheet or pillows. This apartment advertises free WiFi! No it does not! We stayed here 3 days and rang/spoke to reception 4 times stating the WiFi username and password did not reach our apartment, we were told by 3 different members of staff that they would deal with it, but nothing. And to make things worse the majority of the tv channels needed WiFi too. Although I didn’t visit Wroclaw to use phones and iPads o would never have booked a hotel/apartment without WiFi especially when travelling with young children that like to use their devices at the end of the day. What was a reasonably priced apartment turned out being expensive due to phone calls to reception and cost of data on devices!

Really big room. Great value. Was a bit cold though and we had to pick up keys from another site.

This apartment is awesome!! Ultra modern, spacious, immaculately presented and absolutely spotless. Great bathroom with show and deep soak bath tub. Underfloor heating keep all rooms nice and cosy. Very close to the city centre and lots of interesting things to see and do, highly recommended and I will be staying again!

The location, cleanliness, property all great, the only thing is painful checking-in process. The check-in desk was in the different building not far but with luggage it was very inconvenient. I would recommend to the property to do the check-in at location since it does have check-in desk..... Other then that all great. Thank you

Check in is in another address which is not convenient. Can be noisy due to close to the main road traffic. Apart from these, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect location close to (actually already in) the city centre. The reception is on another location, however it is nearby, just across the street at Krawiecka 1. During the weekend you can easily find free parking in one of surrounding alleys. Apartment is nicely furnished, clean and big enough to easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Great location, convenient, very close to teams, helpful stuff. For non polish speakers (I am not among them) clearer instructions about finding the office would be helpful

I loved the apartments and actually stayed in two different ones, both wonderful. The apartments are clean, spacious, modern, in a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative is that the reception desk is a few blocks away on a difficult to find side street. I was arriving by tram and even with my GPS it took a bit of time to find. Great value overall and I will return.
