Posizione eccellente

La posizione ottima, la stanza pulitissima, letto comodo. L'aria condizionata era un po' alta quindi consiglio abiti leggeri per la notte.

Sconsiglio la colazione, la finestra della stanza non si apriva (credo per motivi di sicurezza).

An enjoyable stay

Comfy bed, nice shower and the breakfast was enjoyable. It was exactly what I needed after a long day traveling back from Prague.

It met my expectations I have nothing negative to say.

Within a 5 minute walk to the main square, plenty of great places to stop for coffee close by

Corridors could do with brighter lighting as could be dim when trying to use key code room entry

THIS IS A CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTEL VERY CLOSE TO THE MAIN TRAIN STATION(15-20' ON FOOT) AND THE HISTORIC CENTRE (10' ON FOOT). MOREOVER, MOST TRAMS STOP JUST AROUND THE CORNER. THERE IS A COFFEE SHOP RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND A MALL JUST 5' ON FOOT.THE AREA SEEMED SAFE AND EVEN THOUGH OUR ROOM WAS ON THE MAIN STREET,IT WAS QUIET. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL,TAXI TO THE AIRPORT CAN BE ARRANGED AT THE RECEPTION DESK(80pln),THERE IS A VARIETY OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM AT BREAKFAST ,THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN.THERE ARE A LOT OF RESTAURANTS, BARS AND COFFEE SHOPS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

I STAYED IN A DOUBLE ROOM AND IT WAS FAIRLY SMALL WITH LIMITED SPACE FOR OUR LUGGAGE.

This is an ideal hotel for a short stay for using as a base to explore Wrocław.

The hotel was in a great place for exploring the city.

Corridors were really dark; this made trying to enter your room code a bit of a challenge!

Great location

The location is great as you can reach the city center easily by foot. A parking was available as well and the spaces were big. English speaking staff The hotel was very clean and tidy.

One elevator was out of order, that was a bit difficult when we were leaving, as we had to call the elevetor multiple times for it being empty.

Not nice staying. Arrogance and chaos.

chaos at the elevator, a dozen or so young people were taking video selfies in the elevator, completely occupying the lift. The elevator was out of service for 15 minutes, the same thing repeated the next morning, despite reporting to security and reception about the situation from the previous day. Each time, the youth people made fun of the elderly by inviting them to go up the fire escape.

Overall, a nice and quiet stay!

-Room comfortable and spacious -Cleaning was good -Variety on breakfast -Easy parking -Quiet and relaxing -Very close to the city centre (5 min walk)

-A few upgrades in the facility would be needed (flooring, furniture, lighting) -Bad view (back of the building, parking area) -Extra cost for the parking
