The location is absolutely fantastic — it is close to everything and very convenient for exploring Wrocław on foot. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights: tasty, with a great variety of options, and we were very happy with it. The hotel may be a little dated, but for a short stay we found it comfortable enough.
The hotel definitely feels like it has seen better days and would benefit from a proper update and renovation. There was also some street noise, particularly from passing trams, although this was understandable given the central location. Parking was another issue — the hotel's parking area has a limited number of spaces, so we had to look for a suitable paid parking spot on the street. For a one-night stay it was manageable, but parking could be inconvenient if the hotel parking is full.

When we arrived our bedroom windows were left open and it had rained and the beds were soaking wet. The staff very quick to organise new rooms for us and very sorry.
Not the hotel fault but the trams makes noise all night long. Be better if had ac so can close the window or bigger fans to cool the rooms

Staff is good and helpful. Location is good if you plan to visit touristic places. Room is size average and clean. Breakfast is good.
If you are going with car, even Google maps cannot tell you direction properly (irony is Google office is right opposite of the hotel !) So you might have to find way to parking area yourself. Parking is very narrow and might be very difficult to park for some drivers. It will be noisy though even with windows closed and it is city centre so it is noisy till very late down the street and due to trams. Limited seating area at the breakfast, so at peak times might have to wait to get the table. Hotel is old. For toiletries, will get only single pouch of liquid soap. There is no AC, just a small table fan and also heating system is portable one (didn´t use due to summer). Room cleaning is done only on request.
