Very helpful staff, hotel decorations and design, breakfast, and quite good location.
Noisy environment, not enough natural light due to small high windows, uncomfortable pillows, and paying for parking.

Good location, tram by the hotel, old town 10 minutes by foot. Big room, nice balcony, coffee/tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great communication. Tram is noisy but with earplugs not a problem (we had a garden-faced room).
Disadvantage is equal with the advantage: old building. We had a problem with a turbulent children group, but Tom, the manager supported us right after we asked him to help to have calm in the evening. Unfortunately, beds not to comfortable due to the streched out mattresses.

Location was good, rooms were big a spacious, lovely big shower. Clean and smelt lovely
Obviously can’t be helped but the trams going past our window every 10-15mins makes the room shake and very loud. Could have been more to offer for breakfast, croissants and pastries maybe, couldn’t see any jams or marmalade for toast.
