Great stay

Excellent location, easy access from the public transport from the train station (also accessible by foot), then right next to all the main tourist attractions. There is an elevator. There is also a common area with a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee etc. The room is rather small, but it is what I expected, as it corresponds exactly to the pictures and descriptions provided.

One disturbing thing was the noise from the street - there is a tram line and cars passing till very late night and from early morning. Ear plugs recommended

Czysto, schludnie. W pokoju wszystko czego potrzeba. Dodatkowo dostęp do wspólnej kuchni, również czystej i dobrze wyposażonej. Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna.

Cute little room in a perfect location!

The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the town center. The room, tailored for single occupancy, offers enough space for one person and is tastefully decorated. The entire hotel exudes a warm and cozy ambiance. I was particularly pleased with the generously sized shower. The staff, characterized by their incredible friendliness, politeness, attentiveness, and warm welcome, contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction.

The bedding in the hotel was notably uncomfortable, and the pillows were practically useless. The bed sheets, while not outright dirty, did have some human hair on them, indicating a lack of thorough cleanliness. What bothered me the most was the evident neglect by the cleaning staff. During my entire stay, there was no initiative to enter my room and change the sheets, towels, or garbage bags, nor did they offer additional toiletries. I had to personally approach the front desk to request fresh towels and extra toiletries. Additionally, the check-out time is set at 10:00 am, a timeframe that I find both unfair and impractical.

Дуже задоволені і номером, і розташуванням. На одну ніч з маленькою дитинкою, було ідеально.

Розташування. Персонал дуже ввічливий, консультують по всім питанням. Поряд Старе місто, Ринок. Доступна ціна проживання.

Єдиний недолік - дуже шумно вночі, бо вікна відразу на дорогу виходять. А вона дуже активна.

Never again.

We were given the wrong room for two people when we had booked a room for 4. We were given another apartment which was further away. I rented a room with a bed for everyone and we ended up only having one bed and the rest having to sleep on a sofa bed. The sink was clogged, the fridge smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty, not to mention the filthy carpet and disgusting walls. Unfortunately I did not take pictures to everything because we really just wanted to spend the night and get out.

Small room, perfect position

The position is perfect to visit the city, 5 minutes walking from the main square. The room's windows were not on the main street so it was quite silent at night. A small kitchen with fridge and microwave is available but only 2 or 3 people have space to eat there

The position is quite convenient

Drawers under the bed were full of dust, I asked to clean them on the first day but no-one came to do so.

Great place on a budget in the heart of the city.

Great location and excellent value for money to stay in Wroclaw on a reasonable budget. The rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and quiet despite the very central location. The best standard I saw for this price.

The beds were a bit small.

Sppoky night in Wroclaw.

Nice, comfortable room with an en suite shower room.

The apartment is far from the city centre, and the lack of street lights is not helping to find it in the dark. The taxi driver left us far from the apartment. Apparently, there is no safe parking nearer. It was really spooky as we reached the hotel around 11pm and there was no one to ask where to go.

Everything was really nice. The room was clean and location was really good.

Bed frame was a little broken but its nothing that was disturbing a good sleep :)

Good deal hotel near the old town

it takes 6 mins to the old town, the location is really nice with a good price. The room and the kitchen(sharing) are clean. Kind staffs. The good connection wifi.

You have to take into consideration that the bed is so small. If you need comfortable sleeping in a sufficient size bed, it’s better to stay double room even staying alone. The noise from the outside is not a big problem, but maybe the neighbours will be noisy.

great staff and nice room

the location is great! right beside the christmas markets and near public transport too. the staff were lovely and told me everything i needed to know once i arrived. would definitely recommend if you’re a solo traveller. the room was exactly what you need for a short stay and the bed wasn’t too uncomfortable.

the walls were very thin so i could hear everything in the hallway and in the rooms. it was fine because i was so tired! but if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best option for you.
