Situated in Butler Beach, this attractive cottage for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Crescent Moon, pet friendly, in Butler Beach, FL east of A-1A, is a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage unit, just right for a small family, 2 friends or one couple who love quiet and privacy, beach soothing mornings and great evenings to love, walk, dance, and relax. No smoking. PLEASE READ THIS: This is a PET POLICY. Tell Martie (owner) about the pet or pets you will be bringing with you. There is a fee of $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. This is in addition to cleaning fee. No pet over 100 pounds.Honor System. ONLY ONE CAR AT THE CRESCENT MOON AT ANY ONE TIME. No more than 2 adults at the Crescent Moon. Perfect for 2 adults with a small family. Maximum is a family of 4. Please look at the Ooo Laa Laaah #7117208 on vacationrentals.com as an alternative for your needs with 4 adults. This is real beach living, not a condo scene, nestled in a really cool little neighborhood. The cottage has porcelain tile floors, a small bar-like kitchen, and a living area with nice furnishings including a Victorian fainting couch in the ceramic tiled bedroom! There are two ottoman/chaise/beds pull out for children. Provided is a foam topper to make a softer bed. This sleeping area has a a privacy curtain. The carpeted bedroom has a king size bed and the one bathroom is ensuite. The cottage has its own private entrance/covered/fenced courtyard with patio furniture, fun party lights and Weber gas grill. The bathroom has a large shower with good water pressure. The front porch is a covered sitting area with privacy and landscaping. The front patio is open and has a hose with doggie bathtub around the front of the cottage. Wifi, internet, Direct TV, firestick. HE washer and dryer in the shared laundry room (private and enclosed). There is a covered single carport which makes ease of getting out of your car and walking into the cottage. The cottage provides room for ONE CAR ONLY! Visitors must find a parking space at another location. There simply is not enough room for two vehicles at all. Don't park on the pavers leading to the back cottage. Hope this is easy to understand. Please ask any questions before you arrive. Reading the instructions is very important. Martie

This property was ideally situated on the beach, but still close to St. Augustine. It was clean, cozy, and functional. Definitely recommended!

Wish we had more time at this cottage, the host has such an interesting place, lamps, wall art, light switches, soft sheets,adorable bedspread, soft toilet paper:) so much more catches your eye. The patio is lovely to have a morning coffee and was fenced in so the dogs could sit with us.The beach is about a minute walk and goes on for ever. Dogs are allowed, yet it was so clean. Martie is a sweetheart to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. If we are in the area again we would love to stay here again.A+ Host

As always, we had a great time. We are very happy that everything was clean and stocked as stated. The furbabies enjoy themselves as well walking on the beach. Weather was typical Fl weather. Sunny and hot then rain and storms. Martie is a great hostess and very responsive if you need anything. This is our 3 trip and will definitely be back.

Located in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood a football field or so from the beach. Wonderful front sitting area. Another great and more private sitting area on the side near the grilling area. Great HVAC system. Enjoyed the stay and would return if in the area. Reasonably priced, clean, and had eveything we needed.

This beach cottage is well appointed and beyond charming. The location is fantastic. The beach is one block away. Restaurants and sun about. St. Augustine is a beautiful historic city. Highly recommended.

This is a great house for a couple or small family. A really short walk to the beach, a 20 minute drive to St Augustine, a couple of restaurants within walking distance, a quiet & safe neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay.

Just around the corner from the beach makes this a great place to stay! The property is fun and just as described. Very clean and I would definitely stay here again. The beach here is great for sunrise walks with the dog. Very friendly people in the area.

We rented this property for a 3 night stay, and we were not disappointed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Getting to the beach was easy and was close enough to hear waves. The furnishings and linens were comfortable. It was refreshing to see a plentiful supply of towels, toilet tissue, and kitchen supplies. We had two small dogs with us and there’s not really a yard for them; so we would just walk them a short way for potty breaks. The cottage provided intimate comfort and was close to everything we wanted to see. We’ll be back!

It was like staying in a fairy land cottage with eclectic furnishings. It had everything we needed, and only a one block walk to the beach. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate and we couldn’t go to the beach. we had a wonderful time. The house is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside with our fire pit and cooking on the Weber grill. We are beach people so We will definitely be back when the weather gets better.

Absolutely perfect cozy beach cottage. The location is outstanding, neighborhood is friendly and the 1 block walk to the beach is so convenient. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and so did our 2 canine companions.

We travel with our 2 pit mix senior dogs. There was no question that they were welcome. That was much appreciated. Upon arrival, we found a fun & funky house in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from Butler Beach. Clean, well stocked, cozy-everything we hoped for. Can’t recommend Martie & her rentals highly enough.

This eclectic cottage is adorable and cozy, private and in the BEST beach location we've found to date on Anastasia Island. Marti sets your expectations well, with everything you need to know before arriving. Check-in was seamless. Love the Butler Beach neighborhood.... Sooooooo close to the beach, with many good dining options close by... A standout is the Elk House Eatery, it looks odd from the outside but this couple creates amazing scratch dining in a nice atmosphere at reasonable prices... so much more to enjoy in Butler/Crescent/St. Augustine Beaches, all within a few short miles, no crowds or high rises, you'll just have to come! What a wonderful time we had -Highly recommend The Crescent Moon and it's owner Marti. FIVE STAR!
