Probably the worst hotel that we have stayed at in many, many, years.

The location was good for restaurants and other activities.

Many things! We had to change rooms because of a malfunctioning air conditioner that continued all night. The new room had at least three lights that were missing bulbs or did not work. Some guests were smoking in the dining area! We were awakened well after midnight (4am once) on two occasions by the “night clerk” carrying on a loud conversation with either a guest or passer by directly outside our bedroom window. We were so disappointed that we left the hotel after two weeks and found ourselves better accommodation at less cost for our third week.

Very basic, a clean bed and not much more. Needs to be updated.

Very budget. Room was in desperate need of updating/renovation (bathroom sink falling off the wall, door to bathroom would not close, curtains very old and needing to be replaced). Air conditioner was so loud I could not run it when sleeping. Bed was comfortable enough, and that was all I really needed, but disappointed otherwise.

The wifi did not work in my room. They wanted to charge me 100 pesos more to have “faster stronger” wifi. Ended up going to a cafe down the street to use wifi for emails etc.

It was quiet most of the time. Rooms were easily accessible. We had the junior suite with the balcony kitchen. Staff very good!

lovely staff, nice pool, good breakfast, close to clinic.

shower hot water wasn’t much more than a dribble, bathroom smells so very horrible, uncomfortable beds.

Location

The staff could not speak English. The noise after 11 was loud and often. Pool rules not enforced. Room was dirty. No hot water to do dishes. I would never stay there again.

Great rooms with kitchenettes on the balcony, need to improve cleaning standards

I loved having the kitchen on the balcony which faced the pool. We spent lots of time on the balcony in the morning and at night - this really made the hotel worth it. Great restaurants around.

The room was dirty. There was dirt/grim on the walls, light switches, baseboards, window sills, bathroom door and around the base of the toilet. The fake plants were dirty, so I just set them on the balcony out of the way. I actually went to the store and bought cleaning products to clean the room the first day. The towels and bed linens were old with rips and stains. I wished they had blankets encased in duvet covers as I'm not certain the blankets are washed in between guests.

Nice location

Very peaceful and quiet. Close to everything would stay here again.

Swimming pool closes early wish I could swim late. No noise in pool area. Room was for 4 and we only received 3 towels.

I'd book here again, it is good value for the area.

Very clean and for the value it was relatively well maintained. The staff is friendly but do not speak much english. Location is good. Small but nice pool. Water dispensers on each floor.

The wifi was unstable and I had to continually reconnect. In the non-studio rooms there is no coffee maker or fridge or anything. The mattresses are a bit firm, and I am not usually picky in that respect. The traffic on road-facing rooms can be loud in the mornings.

Avoid this dump.

Cheap price.

No hot water. No warm water, despite long wait and low-usage time of day. Room was purportedly fit for disabled persons, but my thin wheelchair didn't fit in bathroom door. No window screen. Loud fan. Loud A/C. HARD, small beds. Ants in one bed! Noisy room by pool in morning: music too loud. Bedside lamp broken. Overhead light glared.

It was good for the price!

I needed an overnight to catch a plane the next day. It was an inexpensive place to stay and overall it was clean, comfortable, the air condition and fan worked, and the staff were helpful. The pool area was very pleasant!

I’m sure this place is 30 -40 years old, and there hasn’t been much done to the room I was in. The faucet leaked in the bathroom, and there wasn’t much water for showering but at least it was warm!

Staff were nice, quaint pool area

We put our check in time as 1200. We came at 1400 and they said it would be another 20 minutes for the room to be ready. The beds were the least comfortable I have ever been on. Wifi did not work at all in our room, only down in the lobby. No windows to air out the room, very stuffy. A/C didn’t work.
