They should have respected the reservation
We booked and paid for two rooms in advance, but when our guests arrived, the hotel changed the reservation and only provided room for five people. This caused a lot of inconvenience and was very disappointing. The booking was made in advance specifically to avoid issues like this, but unfortunately, it was not respected, and no proper solution was offered.
On top of that, the taxes and extra charges were surprisingly high compared to what was offered, especially considering the standards in the area. Overall, this was poor service and not good value for money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
