Friendly hotel staff, comfortable and in a good location.

Our flight was cancelled so we had to remain in Mexico for 2 further nights. The breakfast was acceptable. The room size and bed was better than expected. There was also a gym which was a good addition.

I was told three times that I would receive a transfer to the airport free of charge. When I attempted to arrange the transfer, I was told the person who does the transfers is not working, therefore I had to arrange a taxi at my own cost.

Unexpected stay, but turned out to be the perfect end to our trip!

The breakfast was very nice, especially the toast with beans and cheese (that was DELICIOUS!). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location next to the airport and check out time were perfect!

Needed more towels in the room and would have liked a few more English channels on the TV. Maybe Netflix or something too.

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant et aimable. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit-déjeuner très bien, une très bonne valeur pour le prix-qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel. Bravo à toute l’équipe.

Mala actitud lobby turno nocturno

Reservé a través de booking este hotel. Al llegar no tenian mi reservación en este hotel y me tuvieron que mandar a otro donde al parecer habían movido mi reserva. Ese no fue tanto el problema, sino la mala actitud y respuesta por parte de la señorita del lobby que ni siquiera intentó ayudarnos a ver que había pasado con la reserva, solo respondía "no tengo ninguna habitación a ese nombre" y se pasaba a atender a otras personas dejandónos con el problema. No fue hasta que un compañero escuchó que nos quejabámos que le dijo que buscara si la reserva no se había hecho en el hotel de al lado, y efectivamente nuestra reservación la habían movido a un hotel de la misma cadena que se encontraba a una cuadra de este.

What a nice surprise!

Actually, the Express was overbooked, and we were upgraded to a little bit nicer room just down the street, and the staff(s) loaded our bags, and us, into a shuttle, delivered us to the H I & Suites, ushered us in, and checked us in ahead of schedule! Of course, those facilities were even better the Express. Thank you to everyone with whom we came in contact.

We would book a stay here again!

Our room and the view from the room was awesome. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was the best at a hotel we've had in a long time.

The location is perfect if you have to stay overnight for a connecting flight the next day but it's not the best in proximity to restaurants and shops.

Needed one night closer to the airport as we had been far south for two weeks prior, it was ok

One night closer to the airport, new hotel near the marina, clean, nice pool and hot tub area, free laundry machines, comfortable bed

We actually didn't stay at this hotel, there were no rooms available so we stayed in the holiday Inn and suites instead, they shuttled us over, but ... Unable to open the window for fresh air, so stuffy and then canned air. Food in restaurant was ok, not great

MARCH 2023 *No hot water in showers/toilet *Insects in breakfast (cockroach and fruit flies) *Multiple times food order was placed and it was not delivered *Multiple times food order was cancelled *Multiple times wrong food order was delivered *Housekeeping left bin on the sink and below average cleaning standards. * Housekeeping left wet floors and foot prints * By all means Room service will try to trick,lie and cheat when and if possible *If you have a COUPLE in next room you can hear their bed time no privacy at all. Watch out and be careful . Each time staff was informed about each problem and no actions were taken and next day same thing happened. Other customer went to front desk and yelled at them and the very next day same issues were there. Customers should not yell or miss behave with staff thats why these reviews are narrated here.

Not much.

Cold shower. TWO small bottles of water for free for guests per day!!! REALLY???? In Mexico!!!Amazingly rude and DISHONEST staff. Room dirty. No water to drink or brush teeth with except two small bottles!!!
