とても丁寧な対応ですごく良い気持ちになりました
冷蔵庫に忘れ物をしました。チェックアウト後に荷物をお昼過ぎまで預かって頂き荷物を受け取る際に何もお言葉は頂けず。荷物を預けた人と部屋や名前など紐付けしていただくとお声がかかったのかなぁと思いました。
私たちも気がついたのは空港でしたので戻ることも出来ず。

The staff were lovely and the room was clean and nice. Good location near to the station, perhaps a 10 minute walk. The reason for the low score is in the next box.
Value for money was extremely poor, I suspect we were price scalped due to an event on the night we were staying. So overall the room was okay and probably a reasonable vfm if not doubling of the price for the event.
