My wife and our 2 small dogs were coming to Nashville for a long weekend, and this was the perfect getaway for us. We enjoyed how close the park was to walk the dogs, and felt safe in the neighborhood to go out for runs every day. The house is close enough to downtown that we could return after late night concerts without a long drive. As far as the house itself everything was great! The host was super responsive and everything was as expected for our stay. We really appreciated that there were lots of charging ports for devices and plenty of pillows and blankets. It was clean and well stocked for daily use. The few things I would suggest to add would be a water bowl for dogs, a toaster, and cereal bowls. We will definitely be looking to book this property again for our next visit!

We enjoyed this cute little cottage that was very clean and close to restaurants and a short uber drive to downtown. We have 2 medium to small dogs and we felt secure leaving them there for a short amount of time both days when we went out. Also there was a nice park area across the street to walk them. We recommend this cottage for a short 3 day weekend trip and the owners instructions were all printed out and very easy to understand. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. Although it is small. it totally suited our needs completely. And we also enjoyed the park very nearby to walk our dogs. The location was very convenient. And the owner was responsive to any question or concern. We would rent this property again.

We were only visiting the area over three nights and preferred to stay near airport rather than downtown. This was good for a short stay with no car rental. Uber fees added up so anymore than three days and I would have chosen closer to city. It worked for us.

Everything was exactly as listed. The cottage was clean, comfy and quiet - perfect for our needs. The owner, David, could NOT have been more helpful, offering perfect communication throughout the whole booking process and stay. Book this location with confidence!

Perfect place for what we needed. We went to a concert at the stadium and then spent the next day checking out Natchez Trace.

Property is just as described. Nice little place for 2 people. Neighborhood is nice. We only really had 2 problems. Out dogs food on the floor had ants. And the mattress is VERY uncomfortable. It was quiet and very convenient. We Ubered everywhere.

My friend and I booked this property because we were in town for a wedding nearby. Although it was conveniently located, it was not the comfortable stay we were hoping for. The cottage has a charming exterior but had numerous issues. David seems very nice and was communicative but no longer manages the property and they've been having issues with the new management company. There was no toilet paper inside the cottage- I had to retrieve it personally from an outdoor shed. There were also no bedsheets for the sofa bed so my friend had to sleep on top of the sofa instead. We also had a bug problem- encountering several large carpenter ants, small flies, and moths. There was also only one sink in the bathroom (none in the "kitchen") and no water filter so we ended up having to buy drinking water. Also, while we were unable to hear the planes from the nearby airport, it is because the sound is entirely masked by the very loud AC units and air filter. So the property is definitely not quiet by any means. It also sits in the backyard of a house and the renters own 3 dogs who will bark aggressively at you every time you enter and leave. Some of these issues can be fixed but at this time I can't recommend staying here.

Super clean and easily accessible.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the place. Kinda akward parking and the property in the picture appears to have a fence in the back for you (never noted so my fault) but for pet friendly place you have really no where to let your pet play. Although within a block is a ball field that I walked to multiple times a day which is nice. You never hear the airplanes above being that close to the airport so that was nice and even enjoyed watching them from the ball field. It is very close to neighbors so if your looking for privacy to sit outside this really isn't the place but if you are looking for cozy place to lay your head for sure the one.

Property is nice, quiet, and clean. It was an excellent choice for my short trip to Nashville.

This was a perfect stay for what we needed. We wanted to stay close to downtown Nashville and also get a feel for the suburban area nearby. We loved our stay it was perfect for what we needed and was a spacious cottage that was laid out perfectly.

Great cottage to spend the weekend in Nashville. Close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. Very clean and the right amount of room to feel comfy. The owner was quick to respond to questions and happy to give suggestions of what to do in the area.

We had a great stay! My wife 6 year old and two pups stayed at the cottage. We found the accommodations to be clean and very cozy. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from a sprawling park, which was perfect for my pups and kid. It made for a great homebase to explore everything nashville has to offer. We will stay again next time we are in town. A great value to be sure!

As a very simple, comfortable and quiet place to stay, this property was 100% perfect.

We enjoyed our second stay here. I appreciated the updated flooring and paint since our last stay. I only wish the tv had more channels and it would be nice to have a sink in the kitchen. Maybe in the future this will happen. My hubby and 2 dachshunds enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as stated in the listing. The place is cuter than the pictures show. If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and you plan on eating out for every meal I highly recommend this place. David was very timely with responses to questions before our trip. We had zero issues while were there. If you stay here, you need to eat a meal at Monels at the manor. Family style and real good food. We would stay here again if we visit Nashville again.
