Amazing looking to staying again some time

The breakfast was amazing good coffee, lot of fresh fruit music playing in the breakfast room was just relaxing. I choose Avon to say in because of the of the breakfast not just the usual full English

There was nothing I dislike about our stay so clean the room was nice and spacious good coffee machine . The bed was very comfortable and plus air com, television on the wall . I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable and welcoming stay. Fantastic location.

Nice breakfast. Fresh fruit and croissants. We appreciated the owners offering us a bag to take croissants for later

Shower cubicle had some mouldy grouting which needed a clean. The light going off when you were in the bathroom.

It was a friendly staff, good service and close to seaside.

I expected traditional English breakfast, was a continental, but anyway thanks toTrevor and Aditi for great service.

Wonderful B&B near the beach

Loved the bed and breakfast- the room was wonderful with lots of great little touches, and just a short walk to the beach.

Only downside is that check out is 09:30-10:00 so couldn’t make the most of the beach in the morning

Fantastic B & B

From arrival to leaving our stay was made most welcoming. Both of the rooms were to the highest standard with welcoming extras in the room. There was parking and the beach was minutes down the road walking. Breakfast was continental and included wonderful croissants and pastries. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return for another visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

SIMPLY THE BEST

The Avon Beach was friendly from the minute we arrived by the hosts Trevor Aditi and Jazmine who gave you all the information you need to know about your stay. The room was large and exceptionally clean with lots of goodies on the coffee tray. Would not hesitate to recommend staying at Avon Beach.

Good accommodation in an excellent location.

Excellent location for access to Christchurch, Mudeford, and Bournemouth Airport. Spacious bedroom with good wardrobe area and welcome tea/coffee and biscuits.

Bathroom needs renovation. English breakfast option would be appreciated.

Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Fabulous hosts - very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent - very close to everything we wanted to see/do. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. The location of the B&B meant that taxis were very reasonably priced. My husband was then able to help me with the bottle of wine we had at dinner (not sure that is a plus 😉).

Great value. One of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. Could find no fault with it.

very comfortable room with excellent facilities including air conditioning. Bed was really comfortable. Extremely clean. Good supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. Fridge available for your own items. Delicious breakfast, everything very fresh each day. Very friendly, accommodating and informative hosts. Would highly recommend. Great location.

Dreamy and this place is good for your soul

Breakfast o my o my so so fresh fruit pastries you com away full fresh jams and they give you a bag to take away the fresh pastries you can’t manage and service with a big smile 😃. The breakfast room was so bright and inviting and amazing pictures which the owner took himself I and my husband thought we were in paradise

I know I should put something but I can’t they have thought of every needs and the wife the thoughts were for the lady and if it wasn’t in the room you just need to ask o and one more thing I wish I could of stayed longer

Our stay was excellent, comfortable and clean. We will return.

Our host greeted us and explained everything about the room. It was clean, decorated to reflect the seaside location and the host could not have done more to make our stay the best. We would definitely like to stay there again.

It would have been nice to have the option of a full breakfast rather than Continental. But the breakfast was still extremely good with loads of fresh fruit and good choices.

Practically perfect in every way

The room was pristine, light and tasteful; comfortable and well appointed with tea/coffee facilities plus biscuits - all very welcome. The en suite bathroom was modern, stylish and equally spotless. A great continental breakfast included. Very handy for the beach. Our hosts were both friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Very relaxed, non intrusive atmosphere. Breakfast selection was great as was tea/coffee selection in room. Very welcoming and friendly owners.

Parking a little awkward as could easily get blocked in driveway and have to ask other guests to move if you needed to use car. Restrictions through the daytime on the street so overnight parking not a problem
