The hotel was phenomenal, the rooms were incredible, food was fantastic.
The rude staff at waterpark when my daughter didn't have a grey bank, went to guest relations to get it and she made me write out the whole indemnity form. Its 2026, photocopy the forms so parents can sign them.
The mosquito's were relentless

All facilities and animation 👌 around the hotel .
Booked a 3 private pavilion for family and friends cost high but never had quiet and peaceful time as people kept coming and jumping around us it was real disturbance plus no FIRST AID KIT .
