Stay away from this resort

Rooms were large

We strongly advise against booking your stay at this resort. Despite having paid $4400 USD for a 5-day stay, we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience here. As seasoned travelers accustomed to staying at similar resorts and hotels at least twice a year, we can definitely confirm this has been the worst experience of our traveling endeavors. The staff's conduct towards us was highly problematic, severely impacting our overall experience. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals employed here are not remotely pleasant towards foreigners, let alone offer common courtesies such as a simple greeting. Instead, we were consistently met with disdainful gazes and harsh communication. Making matters worse, we faced extreme difficulties using our Mastercard for payment, a method which has never caused us issues before. This resort was unable to accept our card and even charged us twice for expenses. Our attempts to explain that our Mastercard was a credit and not a debit card, therefore having no pin numbers, fell on deaf ears. The resort's solution was to withdraw cash from an ATM, which we explained was impossible given withdrawal limits and amount needed. They then suggested we should do a wire transfer, which came as a shock to us. As consumers, we felt targeted and swindled by their insistent attempts to procure payment. Moreover, concerning the resort's amenities themselves, we were continuously pestered to pay for laundry services, despite informing the staff that we would pay during check-out instead. Their behavior towards us was unbecoming of a respectable establishment, with the staff exhibiting blatant disrespect towards paying guests. Not to mention, the food options were severely lacking; we noticed every meal was recycled, reusing leftovers and compounding it with fresh ingredients. Such practices are, in our opinion, unsanitary and unsavory for any guest to be subjected to.

This is the last day at this hotel, I like it so much so far. I’ve been to many places but I should say this place has the best employees ever. Specially from the Food and Beverage, waiters are always willing to help with everything and each of them are so kind. the room is always clean. Food is amazing. Spa services are one of the bests and they serve good drinks. It’s a price performance hotel I’d recommend to all of my friends. There’s a minor problem with the reception, they’re not as smiling and they could’ve answered the phone in a more professional way. Also, special thanks to Raman from animation who found the deck of cards and went all the way down to the amphitheater to get it for us. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

lifts, extremely crowded especially at meal times. I believe that I bought my stay from Booking.com at a high price and then a travel agent sold it at a very low rate, it was very obvious that it was sold at a discounted price. From the moment I stepped in the hotel I realised that it wasn’t what I paid for but when I asked at the staff in charge at check in who was one of the worst I ever met in a hotel told me I have to pay the amount for my whole stay and asked to deal with my agent if I wanted to change my dates… he was rude and I felt it was a scam and had to stay since he didn’t take any responsibility or discuss anything with me other than full payment.

The timetable of facilities including aquapark, foodcourts and kids area are parallel and limited in time. Nothing to do with kids after 21:00. All facilities are closed. Shortage of staff. Poor Internet connection even at Lobby.

the aqua park was nice for the kids

the staff member at the reception was so unprofessional, asked for 10 euro because we forgot the room’s key at the room and didn’t want to be gentle to send any one to bring it , the hotel was so noisy we couldn’t sleep well , people next to our room were slamming doors , called the reception 3 times but they did nothing

Very good

The hotel is good! But noisy and is not suitable for teenagers! More for little kids. For example the spa is next to the dining room and play zone you can hear kids screaming and being kids 😵‍💫 Nice and helpful staff especially Mr.Cen the receptionist was very professional. Good food, alot of options and tasty. Very clean. There is no a.c in dining place and elevator so I melted every time I ate.

once you know the hotel it gets nicer and nicer , I can say the pool was our best place to be , kids loved it we enjoyed

Desolate in the winter months, the staff lacks basic politeness

After we entered the room, we noticed the table burnt a bit on the side, not really took it seriously, but while exiting the hotel wanted us to pay 100 euros on this table, apparently successful method, a person who enters this room will receive a hotel 100 euros in addition to a stay, of course, the table remains in the same place, treated us as criminals even though we are a couple with two small children, we do not even smoke cigarettes .. pool "heated" frozen, nasty attitude everywhere in the hotel, especially the "executive" reception staff .. highly recommend this hotel did not come close during the winter despite the attractive price, worthless, can I sleep and that's it, almost no activity at all ..

Overall good experience, there is room for improvment.

It was spaceus, a lot of places to sit and hang at every time, good staff, many activities and facilities. The food was great all the time.

The pools were a little too cold for children, and the indoor pool was closed all the time, even when it rained and the weather realy was not suitable for swimming. Wifi was bad for most the area and most of the time, and kept on disconnecting. I booked two rooms with land view and asked tgat they are near each other, but one of them was suited for handicap people (the bathroom), for us it felt like we are in a hospital, and when i asked them to change the room they did not find another one in the same floor with land view, i had to pay extra for a room with normal bathroom and pool view.

Beautiful spacious rooms,Stunning hotel, great staff, Very good selection of food, great facilities for children, good gym, beautiful pool area and the food court there is great. All and all great value for money and we enjoyed our stay

The air-conditioning was central and the weather was hot. It was very uncomfortable. The entertainment was very poor and i we were surprised that they had only one seafood night. The beach in not directly connected to the hotel, but they have shuttles

I have travelled the world but this was the first time i got a letter one say befor check out to clear my dues of just 7 euros, secondly although i was about to move by myself for checkout before checkout time but they called me before check out time they should have called me afterwards if i wouod be late these were strang things..they shouod improve quality of food rather than quantity of buffet
