Ultra all inclusive, food variety was very good and everything was so tasty. Hotel overall was very clean. All staff was really helpful and smiling. They also upgraded our room, which was the highlight of our stay. Hotel room was the best we've seen so far.

There is so much to like about this hotel:
1. The facilities, particularly the swimming oools and entertainment areas
2. The quality and professionalism of the shows, parties, etc - these water truly first class and made our holiday
3. Lunchtime food options
4. All inclusive drinks options
5. Customer service around the pool area
However, some of the basics are lacking:
1. The hotel is a bit dated and a refurbishment programme of the buffet, lobby, internal bars and lingers is needed
2. The welcome and goodbye was very poor, no welcome drink, no showing you the hotel or explaining the concept, no assistance with a sick child, no thank you or did you have a nice time on leaving.
3. Room was nice enough but not 5 star. Bathroom was small and dated, small balcony, sheets and towels were poor quality, no bath and shower flooded the room, 4 hangers in the wardrobe, small bed and hard mattress
4. Language barrier as few staff speak English
