Cleanliness, beautiful ground works and gardens, the pool size and design, the room size, and also the amazing food, and the option to have something to eat at any time of the day.
We loved there is a coffee shop, a waffle shop and most of all fridges with water and soft drinks available throughout the resort, which was very convenient.
The shows were great and we enjoyed them!

Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, and like most all-inclusive resorts in Lara Beach, this hotel offers plenty of food, drinks, and facilities to keep you entertained. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of choices, and there was always something to eat. The pools were nice, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.
The rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms feel very outdated. The bath, layout, and overall design look old-fashioned, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The hotel would really benefit from renovating the bathrooms.
Another issue was the elevators. There simply aren’t enough lifts for the number of guests, so we often had to wait a long time.
The à la carte restaurants were disappointing. We tried the Italian restaurant, and the food was well below our expectations, especially compared with the quality of the main buffet.
The family pool is located quite far from the main hotel building, while the adult pool is much closer. It would make more sense for the family facilities to be more conveniently located, especially for guests travelling with children.
