Very good
Close to the airport, cca 15min. Nice pools and sand beach. Starbucks coffee đź‘Ť
When the hotel is full, difficult to find place on the beach, most of the people use towels to book the place and are not there since morning. Evening programs are nice, but very loud and late (but it is like that in every hotel in this area)

not value for money, hotel is at best an upper 3 to low 4 stars. Needs stronger management.
The food and food timings was excellent and i would rate this as a 5. Staff were good, i would rate overall staff experience as a 3.5/5 (the dining team as 5, and the rest as 3)
The following is my list, I work in the hotel industry and we run a set of 5 star luxury and ultra luxury hotels: a) I didnt get the rooms that i paid for, i believe booking.com should also take some responsibility in this because many times i turn up at the hotels for twin room (as i have older kids) and i get a double bed room. I requested for a change but no change was provided, and i was provided an extra bed which was not comfortable (keeping in mind that it was 8 nights) b) The corridor AC on the 9th floor did not work all the time we were there, therefore it was hot in the corridors which meant that housekeeping staff working on that floor were not doing a great job c) The ACs in the rooms on the 9th floor were not great, we were told by engineering that the room temp would be at 23/24 C however temp was always at 27 C, and in the early hours of the morning say around 4am to 6am the ACs dont work, and temp goes to 29-31 C. d) Room cleaning was terrible not vaccumed or wiped, and the toilets were filthy and never cleaned. We noticed this on the 3rd day that all they did was change the towels and make the beds. Thats literally it. We even brought our own cleaning spray e) Beds and Pillow (each double bed had only 2 pillows) were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was hard and so was the pillow. f) I believe the hotel is under staffed in some areas, you could see that especially at the zero floor seating area and the pool area. I person to serve all the guests. g) Not much as issue but the lobby feel and look was old and boring, and the hotel felt old and desperately requires serious maintenance especially the rooms, ac system, wifi, and overall touch and feel.

A fine stay
Biaa lara is a huge all inclusive hotel, everywhere you go you can find a drink or something to eat. I loved the experience. The beach is not sandy, their are stones but it doesn’t matter, whats good about it is that you can jump into the sea. Breakfast and Dinner buffet is great and plenty of choices starting from salads to soups to main course to deserts and ending with fruits. I visited the spa and had a Balinese Aroma Massage with (Ocha) she was absolutely fantastic thank you so much for the relaxing experience. A special thanks to Gülizar and Saban for their attentive service and friendly approach. They take safety seriously. They dont put the room number on the card, cleaners will not open the room door for you even if they are sure its your room and doors beeps when they are not shut properly. Amina who was working at Starbucks is really amazing and smiling despite the fact that she was working in a 40+ degrees weather alone and serving a non stop queue of upset guests. NO air-con or water we really felt sorry for her.
- - No iron (you have to send your clothes to be pressed by laundry service) - Staff are serving you and trying to put a smile on their face but they look exhausted as they are constantly busy - Rooms are small - we had an issue with the room not cooling enough but we called the maintenance and fixed the filter (p.s. all AC at the hotel rooms do not go below 22 degrees) - Fridge was not working properly so we called maintenance and they changed it (we had insulin that requires cold temperature) - Reception were not friendly at all (only one out of 3 who was friendly) an unpleasant first impression! - We asked for an adapter and the receptionist said they dont have and we can only find it outside the hotel and it was 11pm!! I went to the shop on the ground floor and found it for 150 liyra - Entertainment is very poor!! Even parties are not good enough guests starts to leave after an hour (on three consecutive days) - lunch in the main buffet is very poor - Their was a lady in the spa with a black hair who explains the different treatments available in the spa was very pushy and get upset if you didn’t go with what she suggested - did not like that Would I stay again? It was a good experience but i dont think i will stay again

Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
lunch time food was nice
very loud music till 1am , couldn’t sleep. Every time we was walking into the lobby down stairs we was getting harassed for a (check up) massage or telling me I need my hair done also saying to me I need a facial what was all extra cost this was happening 3/4 times a day , even coming over to us why we was sunbathing round the pool still trying to get us down to the spa for treatments. It got to the point we didn’t want to walk down to the pool because we new they would be on to us! it was very uncomfortable. Telling us not to use anyone outside the hotel for these treatments as the hotel was the cheapest around (Not true) This was the spa staff The shower was rather freezing cold or so hot you couldn’t even use it We had a double bed but had two single covers , ask them to be changed but never happened we ended up leaving the hotel early
