Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et confortable. La restauration est variée et de qualité, les piscines et les installations sont très appréciables et le personnel est dans l’ensemble accueillant, aimable et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la formule tout compris et les services proposés. Une très belle expérience en famille.
Très peu de points négatifs. Nous avons seulement eu un petit manque de courtoisie de la part d’un membre de la réception lors d’une demande de départ tardif. Heureusement, le service Guest Relations et la direction ont ensuite été très professionnels et nous ont proposé une solution. Cela n’a pas gâché notre très bon séjour.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile.
The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere made us feel relaxed and welcome. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

huge space, nice pool, nice peach very funny aqua park. multi chooses of food.
bad bathroom inside the room, old and has smell of rotten, the housekeeping is bad besides the food was without taste. Oh I almost forget! there is no enough cars lot !
