Preis Leistung ist niemals gerechtfertigt. Hätte ich lieber mich nicht vom Preis beeinflussen lassen. Dachte mir Teuer h

Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Preis Leistung ist niemals gerechtfertigt. Für 10 Tage habe ich 4100€ gezahlt. Für was? Die Zimmer sind herunter gekommen. Für den Preis erwartet man deutlich mehr. Der Fön in der Toilette ist schon etwas Antik aus dem Jahre 2000. Die Zimmer werden erst gegen 16 Uhr sauber gemacht. Wenn man es denn sauber machen nennen kann. Es werden nur die Decken gerichtet. Mehr auch nicht. Die Minibar war bei der Ankunft voll. Danach wurde nie vernünftig aufgefüllt. Personal ist dauerhaft schlecht gelaunt, rennt an einem schon vorbei wenn man sich ein Getränk bestellen möchte. Beim Essen im Restaurant werden die Tische nichtmal gewischt oder gar sauber gemacht. Auf Anfrage ob man den Tisch sauber machen könnte wird grimmig geguckt. Getränke Bestellung fast ungern gesehen. Musste mich öfter bei der Rezeption beschweren. Kinder dürfen nur an bestimmten Orten im Restaurant sitzen. Das schärfste sind die Aufzüge. Man muss Minuten lang auf einen Aufzug warten. Es gibt 5 Aufzüge mitten in der Lobby, nur bei 8-9 Etagen wartet man da sehr lange auf einen Aufzug. (An der selben Stelle). Bei solch einem Preis erwartet man echt ein wenig Luxus. Einmal und nie wieder. Lasst euch nicht vom Preis beeinflussen. Der Preis für dieses Hotel ist nicht angemessen. Für das was man bekommt. Service ist grotten Schlecht. Man muss für jede Sache einen Aufpreis zahlen. 100€ muss man zahlen falls man am Pool sich unter die überdachten Stellen setzen möchte. A la Carte kostet für zwei Personen 90€. In vielen Hotels können sich die Gäste kostenlos anmelden fürs A la Carte. Hier möchte man unverschämte Preise. Hier werden Touristen wortwörtlich verarscht.

Tesis tam anlamıyla Mükemmeldi. Her türlü hizmet, Güleryüz vardı. Odalar konforlu ve rahattı. Animasyonlar yemekler çok güzeldi.

Gözlemeci ablaları aradı gözüm, tek eksik onu gördüm.

Great resort, especially for families

First trip an abroad with just myself and two young kids. Hotel is very close to the airport, facilities are great, food is excellent and the kids club is more than impressive. Service was of a high level and consistent across all areas of the resort, kids did not want to leave. I’d highly recommend.

I struggled to open the ketchup sachets 😂

Everything. Especially the bed, amazingly comfortable.

The whole theme was great. The shows at amphitheatre were awsome.

The in room menu for breakfast was too limited. The staff was not very friendly with colored skin guests. They were very welcoming to white skin. I, being pakistani, paid the same amount as others could see the expressions that they were more happy to serve the white people. I know my statement won't be that important, but that's how i felt. 2 bartenders were very welcoming.

Great staff and recommended but could improve

Amazingly friendly staff throughout the hotel, very eager to help and sort out any problems. Very clean hotel throughout, with good facilities. The food options were varied to a degree and there was an abundance of cakes, snacks and drinks. The rooms were clean and up to date. They were fairly quick to resolve issues and make our stay comfortable. They gave us a complimentary meal in their a la carte restaurant, which was nice. The hotel allowed us to remain in the hotel and use it's facilities and have meals on the day of our flight, even after checkout. They sent a lovely birthday gift and decorations, which was a lovely surprise.

Catering for Muslims beyond just halal food is very limited. No prayer room seemed to be on-site. The sauna rooms were mixed, and no female-only pools or spaces. They need to cater for Muslim visitors better. In the winter months, there is a significant lack of children-activities, since the water slides are closed.

Good hotel, we had a great time, but they need to improve the insulation and lighting in the rooms

Unfortunately there is no lighting in the room and there was noise, you can hear everything from the room

Expected!

Last year we were in November, this year in December. Now the hotel has many more guests. 3 football clubs are on preparing, some delegations, consultations, congresses. I don't believe in returning to this hotel. The price for early bookings is ok, but when I looked at the possibility of booking for friends, the price is too high for the quality. The name change from Titanic Lara to Titanic Deluxe Lara is without justification. Hotel is not deluxe category. Food monotonous, but good

Crowds in the restaurant, in the spa center, in the indoor pool. An unpleasant crowd of people. The hotel needs to refresh the spa areas are already quite ruined.

Best holiday I've ever been. Staff are lovely. I went for my birthday break and Titanic made my birthday a memorable one. The decorated my room and gave me free food abd sang me surprise happy song inckydibg a nice cake. The rooms get cleaned every day abd food was amazing. On top of that got 25% off my SPA.

good location

prices of cabannas is silly and the only way you get it cheaper is by tipping which was unfair. the prices advertised are not accurate and everything has to be discussed and tipped. the on site restaurants are extra charge however, the quality is not great. reception staff was particularly rude. I had to move room twice as the AC never works. reception staff was not helpful. the bar staff was great and polite and ensured we had a good time. buffet is not self service. which defeats the purpose of a buffet! everything is served to you which doesn’t limit portion control. meats are often over cooked or stail

The room was really nice, good quality bed, shower was powerful and hot, room size was really good and the balcony view was outstanding

The staff spoke very little English, it was really hard to communicate with anyone, this became really tricky when trying to organise day trips, but in general it was difficult to ask for anything as the language barrier made this difficult. The buffet did not change from day to day, there was no flavour in the food and most of the time the food was luke warm. Me and my wife decided to go the Italian resturant, the lack of choice was shocking as the menu was the same italian food that was on offer in the buffet. The club was good, great music, until it turned into a family environment

Excellent staff and hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay would come again

Staff were wonderful as you would expect in Turkey, food was served to your plate so way more hygienic and of good variety, entertainment was excellent, would come again. Very pleased with it.

The lifts were a pain, too small and few and need to be programmed to be a bit more selfish if possible so they don’t stop on every floor on the way down when you’re all crammed in there like a underground train carriage holding your breath waiting to get out but it keeps stopping on every floor, only for more people to sigh at you all as they wait for another to come.

Food and service needs some major work!!!

The hotel itself was amazing. Pool staff and waiters very friendly and hospitable.

When we got their, they put us in the wrong room. Had to pack and relocate to the correct room. Asked for a iron and I had to pay extra (all inclusive?) Reception staff was rude and blunt. My son and I both got food poisoning and I was put on a drip. Food was only good at lunch and that was in their food quarters outside. I would definitely not come to this hotel again.
