Excellent food selection, friendly staff especially the Resturant staff.
Hamam was poor only received 1 type of wash, where previous hamam I’ve had 3 different type of exfoliations but the massage was nice.

The variety of food, the maintenance of the facilities, the staff were very high standard.
happened once, but the cleaning staff forgot our room once, and a few times the room was not restocked well. All was resolved when the guest services team was contacted.

Great and diversified food every day, late breakfast until 11am, great dance/acrobat shows every night
The bedroom AC was leaking when we arrived to the hotel but it was promptly solved by guest relations. The hotel offered us a a la carte dinner to compensate, which was a nice gesture, but didn't inform about the extra charge on the wine

The food was soo delicious and they had lot of variety.
The rooms do not look 5 star but the bed was comfortable
