The hotel was really great and highly recommend staying here. Our room was in the new building and the facilities were fantastic we did get an upgrade to our room with pool access on our balcony, was incredible. The food options were fantastic, great cocktail choices and the staff were really nice. The bed was very comfortable and room very clean.
Some of the signage for the La carte restaurants (Italian and Turkish cuisines) weren’t updated around the hotel and did take us a while to figure out.

This place as they say above the imagination, they hold all facilities that you don’t need to go out.
You just need to stay for refreshments.
There’s nothing to mention, from the staff to the security. They’re all kind, and the facilities are available without anyone asking.

Food was good quality with many options.
The kids pool is very nice. Private beach excellent.
The resort itself is big and many things to do.
Some of the staff very kind, especially the ladies and gents from Indonesia.
There are some things to mention here that needs improvement:
I am not sure why others do not mention them.
1. Many staff in the restaurant are grumpy and do not smile, especially the locals. Same situation in the pool bar.
You feel like you are not welcome when you ask for food or drinks.
2. The hotel is understaffed so be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes before being served.
No idea why there is only 1 person in each drink bar. It is clearly not enough.
3. The aircondition in our room had problems every single day so be prepared that in some rooms the temperature will not go below 25 degrees no matter what you do. It is a general problem in the hotel.
4. The amount of people that the hotel accomodates is simly too much. When you go for lunch or dinner in the restaurant you will be surrounded with hundreds of people and the noise is really annyoing. Just be aware that it disturbs your comfort. Overall okay but there are better hotels in the area.
