I honestly didn’t have the impression that I was staying at a hotel it truly felt like home.
I have so much respect and appreciation for all the staff. What impressed me the most was that, despite being such a large resort with so many guests, the workers never showed any bad emotions. They were always friendly, patient, and welcoming. From the restaurant and bar staff to housekeeping, luggage services, and everyone else, I was genuinely impressed by how much patience and professionalism they showed towards the guests.
I also really appreciated the security and the control at the entrance of the hotel, making sure that only guests could enter. It gave me a feeling of safety and privacy, almost like coming home rather than staying somewhere where strangers could simply walk in. They were always present and made sure that everyone behaved respectfully and that situations such as excessive drinking or aggressive behavior were controlled. This gave the entire resort a very safe and comfortable atmosphere.The facilities were absolutely amazing. The clubs, the beach, the music, and especially the entertainment were incredible. Every day there was something different happening, and I was honestly very sad to leave because those five days went by far too quickly. I also really appreciated being given a duplex room. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and it made the stay even more special. The architecture of the hotel itself is breathtaking. It really feels like stepping back in time and being surrounded by the atmosphere of the Ottoman Empire. I arrived with a lot of stress and was going through a very difficult period emotionally. I didn’t expect a holiday to have such a positive effect on me, but somehow, after those five days, I left feeling like a completely different person — relaxed, happy, refreshed!

i would have liked more women only facilities
their attached spa is overpriced aswell as the shops on the resort! please make sure to pack your own toothpaste as it cost £10+ to buy from there

We enjoyed the indoor pool—it had a lot of nice natural light that came in.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Honestly A LOT was closed due to it being off season. We weren’t expecting this as we have stayed at other all-inclusive hotels in Antalya during off season and none have been this closed down. There wasn’t much variety in the food and drink choices (as far as places to go).
