Just a Place to Rest Your Head
Location is a little bit of a walk from Keio Tobitakyu Line. Close to Musashinonomori Park, Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium, convenience stores and a smattering of eateries, particularly on the walk between the hotel and the train station. It's a pretty quiet and safe area, very flat and great for cycling, running, even swimming with the public facilities nearby. My bathroom had a little rubber ducky and I took it home for a second chance at life (there is a sign in Japanese that says you may take it with you) - cute touch. AC worked well, as did the blackout curtains and hot water/shower water pressure.
In the "main" building, the hallways are enclosed - it seems like the hotel may be a renovated apartment building. There's only one s mall elevator and more than five floors, which makes getting up and down a bit time-consuming during peak hours. The rooms are basic, and the interior is a bit dingy. Everything is dated - but it's tidy and clean. Mini fridge needed to be turned on, which means you have to give it a little time to cool down.

Friendly business hotel in Chofu
The hotel is a sister hotel of the Chofu Urban Hotel. If you have breakfast that is where you will have it. Friendly and polite staff ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. All in all a good stay.
