Cómoda y bien ubicada , pero si no ubiera tanto ruido estaría mejor

Que esta súper amplio y cerca de la embajada de usa que es a donde acudimos y que está súper bien ubicado

Que se escucha demasiado ruido por tantos carros que pasa y eso no deja dormir muy bien

Todo muy excelente

El departamento está limpio , tiene grandes ventanas para ver la calle y tomar el aire, la cama muy comoda , el baño es cómodo la parte de la cocina muy linda , y muy bien equipado .

La luz de la cocina y cerca del sofá cama es muy bajita, y me confundí un poquito al llegar porque en las fotografías no está la fachada exacta , pero todo lo demás es excelente.

No lo recomendaría

Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Desde el inicio hubo problemas de comunicación con el anfitrión. Solicité el horario de check-out desde el momento en que hice la reserva porque era un dato importante para organizar una cita, pero no recibí respuesta sino hasta la noche anterior a mi salida. En cuanto al alojamiento, la cafetera estaba sucia y la única taza disponible para café también. Encontré arañas dentro de la habitación. Las ventanas son muy antiguas y no aíslan el ruido de la calle, por lo que fue muy difícil descansar durante la noche. Además, el ventilador hacía mucho ruido y las almohadas eran muy incómodas. Otro aspecto muy desagradable fue el área de basura en la entrada: los contenedores no tenían tapa, estaban llenos de moscas y el olor era muy fuerte cada vez que se entraba o salía del alojamiento. Por último, considero que la relación calidad-precio es deficiente. Por el costo de este alojamiento es posible encontrar opciones mucho mejor mantenidas, con mayor limpieza, mejor atención al huésped y condiciones más cómodas para descansar. Lamentablemente, la experiencia no cumplió con mis expectativas y no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

- buena ubicación - cama cómoda

- techo de la cocina manchado con grasa. - cortinas caídas en el living y las dejaron apoyadas en el piso. - cucaracha en el baño. - moho en la ducha del baño. - faltaba espejo en el baño arriba de la Bacha. - mueble del baño sucio. - pelos largos en el techo del baño (varios). - aires acondicionados no funcionaban. - las paredes de todo el depto con el revoqué mal hecho y en muchos casos manchadas. - piso de todo el depto mal colocado, irregular, que yo teniendo una cirugía de pierna recién hacía que me caiga. - pelos dentro del lavarropa, como si fuesen chiquitos de perro o gato. - esquinas de las paredes por lo general rotas. - humedad en el techo del baño. - las hornallas de la cocina andaban solo dos de las cuatro.
