Well located, near the metro, quiet at night. Good breakfast. There is a cozy bar/restaurant in the 2nd floor nice and pretty convenient if you don't want to use transports.

Staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the manager. The hotel has bars for drink, food and coffee and a comfortable area next to the swimming pool where you can chill and even work. The location is great at the end of a small side street of a quiet Soi of Ari. great restaurants, coffee places and shops nearby. The price is great for all you get.
Rooms and bathroom could be small if you require a lot of space (not my case). It's a bit away from main sights, but close to the Chatuchak market and in a quiet and nice neighborhood.

The staff were all really lovely. The place was kept lovely and clean. It was nice to have the option of a pool. It was reasonably close to the BTS.
The breakfast was very limited. My wife had to have the same thing every day we were there. It would have been nice to have been able to help yourself to coffee instead of being limited to one.
The drinks are very expensive. I had a pint of chang, which they advertise at 250 baht. By the time they've added 10% service charge, and 7% tax, which they dont warn you about, it came to almost £7, which is more than I would pay where we live in England.
The walls of the rooms are made from very thin board so you can hear every noise from your neighbours and out in the corridor. On an evening the places is really attractive and attracts people to go and drink there, however this means noise along the corridors until the early hours.
The drain in the shower room sounds like it's linked to all the other drains from other rooms, and makes a loud gurgling noise every time someone else uses their shower or sink.
The bed has to be the hardest I've slept on in Bangkok. We asked for the possibility of a mattress topper, but it never materialised. The lovely cleaners did manage to secure us two more pillows though, as you only get one.
