Apartment was spacious, off main street but close to T2 tram which was perfect for getting around. Also about a 10 min walk to Santa Maria Novelle, and some good local restaurants. While not a touristy location the Social Hub Hotel is next door which is handy for food and drink, although found the rooftop bar a let down and very expensive. There is a great local pizzeria, Piccolo Cesare, you may have to wait but it is worth it. The apartment is in a block of apartments, secure, peaceful and spacious. The beds were comfortable and amenities were good. Good showers, cooking facilities, washing machine and a small balcony, all you need for an enjoyable stay. We would recommend as a great place to stay for exploring beautiful Florence.
Wasn't sure about operating the air con units. Upstairs was fine, downstairs circulation did not seem to operate as it should and temperature did not seem to drop below 23C but it was fine and probably down to us. All in all, nothing not to like about yhis apartment.

The place was big and was perfect spacing for a family of five. Located just away from the madness of city center, we were able to relax fully.
The remote controller for the tv was incredibly hard to work. Also do not store foods like sandwiches in fridge, there was a lot of condensation that made food soggy.

This was the best stay during our trip! This property felt like a home away from home. Very considerate for the games left that we could enjoy! Very clean and accessible, would definitely stay here again!
A little bit of a walk to some amenities but I think we felt that because of the weather extreme heat.
