伊香保の中心にあり観光しやすく良かった。
夕食のバイキングで牛肉料理(ステーキ)等がなかったこと。

近辺で楽しむならOKだと思います‼ホテル内の温泉はとても良いです。
3人でファミリールーム！広々！
部屋に付いたお風呂も温泉だと思います‼
大浴場が苦手な方にはオススメです！
目の前にはコンビニと階段街‼
ビュッフェは普通です！
食事重視な方にはオススメしませんが、
夜はアルコール飲み放題！
従業員の方は皆さん親切です‼
駐車場が離れていますが、観光したい方は車での移動がオススメです。
バスやタクシー移動だと高く感じます。
バスは乗り換えが必要だったようで分かりづらく、間違えてしまい移動費が高くつきました…

石段への観光するのに徒歩で行けてよかったです。天空露天風呂は景色がよく、すごく気に入りました。

コスパ、部屋の間取りなどは、最高でした。
夕食バイキングでは、アルコールも含まれていてお得感がありました。
・バイキング後半では、品数や量も少なくなり、特に果物や野菜の提供が少ないなど、レイアウトも含めて改善が必要と思われます。
・部屋の清掃では、窓枠・障子等の桟部分の清掃がなされておらず、不潔感が気になります。
