Great location and very clean.
Bad smell when entering apartment 1. Like sewage or toilet drains. Contacted owner who immediately sent their dad to look at it but when i retired from the shops the smell was still there even tho they told me the problem was fixed the smell got worse through out the day/ evening almost nauseating. It was bad weather in bologna so was in the room all day wasn't pleasant! i've seen a few reviews about a sewage smell so there is clearly an issue that needs addressing.
Rooms are spacious and clean but i had a problem with the shower either too cold or scalding hot and when i got it to the sweet spot it didn't last long either went back freezing or roasting so that was disappointing .
It is quite noisy when people are in the common room but i can deal with that.
Overall the stay was ok nothing amazing if i want a clean room with a decent location and there was no smell this is your place.
I would stay again.
