Lovely staff including the cleaners. We felt very welcome. The location was fantastic, right next to an abundance of amazing restaurants and shops and it was more of a peaceful area than the main tourist hotspot closer to the centre of town.
Only small drawback was that the walls were quite thin and the upstairs neighbours were quite loud late at night!

The location.
Parking, lack of hot water, check in time compared to check out is highly compressed, and the room was super plain. It was average, as advertised.
