The room was big and the bathroom was excellent! The location was perfect, in the centre of Bologna! Lack of a good refrigerator because this one was just fancy and some shelfs for the bathroom and its ok! Recommended!

Maybe they should put a little pantry somewhere so people can heat up their food “only suggestion”.

Location being very central
That we weren't told about the tram works right outside, have hardly slept.
No coffee in the room or milk.
Could not get air conditioning to come on.
Pillows were awful
