Very nice place, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Everything is very clean and tidy. The AC is working very good, this is very good point. In the city center. Lara is very nice and helpful. She sent everything in advance and prepared everything perfectly. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely book this b&b again if I back to Bologna.
Somehow the apartment door code isn’t working probably. It might be because we had to try a few times to get it open.

Clean and comfortable

The main entrance as well as the room were opened with a code, so you didn't need to carry around a card or a key. The room was very clean and modern. It had all necessary conveniences like air conditioning, fridge and even a coffee machine in the hallway. The localization was perfect, only a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore. Right outside of the B&B, there were plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The host was very polite and helpful and easily available through WhatsApp.
We will definitely come back here next time we're going to Bologna.
The only downside was that you could hear noise from the hallway (other people entering the building or the B&B). Fortunately, there weren't too many people going in and out during our stay.

The position is very near to center of the city.
The room is very small. Bath is also small. This is a room from a apartment with 3 rooms. Was noisy. I heard other people from other rooms and all what they done. I will never come back! Also they take a suplimentar tax of the city. And the price was higher .
