Paolo is wonderful. He is so friendly and helpful. We were not going to travel onwards until the evening, but he was happy for us to leave our luggage all day, and use the communal area when the thunderstorms started in the afternoon. The hotel is close to many attractions, although it is quite a walk to the Central rail station
The shower is quite small.

Super central location yet lovely and quiet. Close to Piazza Maggiore.
Lovely, very friendly host . Very helpful - gave us recommendations for great coffee bars and restaurants. We were able to store our suitcases on the last day before catching the evening flight. Great, honest place to stay- would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Bologna. And we loved Bologna too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host Paolo is very friendly and the location is AMAZING. In the city centre on foot everything is around you .

Great location close to all the attractions. The room was small, but was clean and comfortable. Great value and Paolo, the host, was very helpful and friendly.
Not a problem for us, but there is no elevator, there is a mobility lift to the first floor. Bed throw was very tired, but otherwise all good.
