Staff was excellent and helpful, breakfast was varied and wonderful, rooms comfortable and quiet, associated restaurant outstanding, and location could not be better.

I loved the opera room, so in tune with my musical holiday.

Fantastic location, my room was upgraded ( nice attention), the bed was very confortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Nothing actually, the breakfast was good, but could have been better for a 4 stars hotel maybe.

Great locations. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Very firm mattress meant I slept badly. We were also on the first floor with no wall or doorway between the bedrooms and reception/lounge area. It was quite loud until about 11pm.
