Perfect holiday in Bologna

It's a lovely hotel with a fantastic location in the center of the city. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was always clean.

Being in the center of the city means that it could be a little bit noisy in the night.

Hotel Roma was the perfect fit for exploring the city, being on a beautiful historic street off the main Piazza Maggiore

In the bathroom of my room (204) the toilet was in a tiny space (even for me and I’m a woman, medium height, slim -47kg).

Train your fd staff, everything else was great!

Property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. They served a beautiful breakfast. Property was close to everything.

When we checked out, the man on duty insisted we had not paid and made us pay again. We called the hotel, he didn't seem really interested in doing anything quickly and he had eaten through a good chunk of our travel money by double billing us. We called booking, who handled it. The hotel kept the second amount we paid which was more than our paid in full booking through Booking.com.

If you are looking for something in centre, that can be good option.

Location is awesome! Breakfast is very good !

I had some doubts about cleaning because i saw bristle on sink. But generally it was ok seemed clean to me.

Merkezde otele girip cikmak kolay .

Merkezi konumda heryere yakin dukkanlar yaninizda .Kahvaltisi cok iyi.Garsonlar cok iyiydi.Memnun kaldik.Taksi cagiriyorlar ulasim kolay oldu.Odalar sakin .Tavsiye ederiz.

L'eleganza in generale. La colazione ricca e ben organizzata.

L'illuminazione della stanza. Qualche lieve esalazione nel bagno. L'acqua calda che arriva con grande ritardo nella doccia

I would stay there again.

Bathroom was very nice. Great selection of fruit for breakfast. Staff was excellent in being helpful.

Coffee at breakfast was nothing special...strange for Italy. Needed greater variety of alternatives to cow milk...soy, rice, oat, etc. displayed and without having to request it.

The rooms were renovated since our last stay and were comfortable and quiet. The AC works quite well and was needed for this trip (July 2023). The location is perfect right off Piazza Maggiore. The breakfast was good. Would very much recommend the hotel and will stay there again.

Hotel Roma

Everyone in the hotel was so lovely and always greeted me with a smile. My room was lovely, really nicely decorated and felt very private especially with the addition of the cute inner doors. The location was excellent too.

It would've been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but due to the decor I think it wasn't possible to have a kettle, which is understandable

Stay in the heart of Bologna

Located around the corner from Piazza Maggiore, it is located where everyone converges on the weekends and evenings. It is a 25-minute walk from the train station. It is close to shopping, banks, groceries, and packed restaurants right outside the door. The hotel has an old-world charm, is clean, and is well maintained. The room was immaculate with a good size bathroom. The room's terrace with a table and chairs overlooked a quiet side street. Breakfast was ample in the Italian style.

It was perfect.
