The apartment was super comfortable, the bed linen was high quality and the breakfast was delicious. It was in a perfect location in Bologna, close to many brilliant restaurants.

Location, 10 minutes walk to centre yet very very quiet. Powerful shower, air conditioning for hot summer days, comfortable big bed, sitting area in the courtyard and friendly host
Moldy corner in the shower cubicle. Unclear communications about breakfast at check in

Proprietario disponibile e attento. Ci siamo stati appena una notte per dormire ma lo consiglio a coloro che devono soggiornare a Bologna senza spendere un capitale in centro città e per coloro che (come noi) debbano partecipare ad un evento al Dall’Ara.

Gastgeber aufmerksam und meistens gut erreichbar
Die Gastherme ist sehr laut, befindet sich im Kleiderschrank mitten im Zimmer, leider auch noch zwischendurch ausgefallen, für kurze Zeit keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser. Schloss der Tür defekt, liess sich von außen nicht abschließen. Dunkles Zimmer. Fugen im Bad unzureichend und schwarz. Andere Zimmer wurden noch renoviert, keine Möglichkeit den Raum zu wechseln.
