Lovely apartment, clean and really well located for the station and centre. Good small breakfast from a local cafe included. Luna is friendly and very organised. Check in is easy and the apartment information is extremely good.
The extreme heat in Bologna made the apartment not very comfortable to spend any time in. Maybe stay in spring/autumn, it was hard to sleep with such limited air-con.

Spacious, clean and modern in great location, great shower. Breakfast was simple but delicious (coffee and pastry) and staff at the cafe were lovely
Confusing check in process without any face to face interaction (even though they have in person delivery of breakfast vouchers every day)

Clean and good space, lovely bathroom. Good communication, felt secure with entrance codes and helpfully allowed us to leave luggage on our last day. Good location as not far to walk to city centre.
The road was much busier than anticipated, with single glazing you could hear the traffic noise.

"spacious, warm, intimate room thanks to the shutters. I like that access is done with a password, so you don't bother the host. We stayed during Christmas 2025, and on Christmas morning, Santa "visite..."
