Great central location with everything you need for a course or of days stay. Good breakfast selection and coffee
Advertised as having a bar but bar was not open on both nights we were there.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the railway station, which is extremely convenient for travelers. It takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the historic city center. We are especially grateful to the Ukrainian woman at the reception. She was wonderful, very friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to see in Bologna. She made us feel truly welcome.
The only downside was the room price, which was very high due to a concert taking place in Florence.

It was clean and conveniently close to the centre
Our room was a little shabby and small and was right on the main road so it was not possible to have our window open at night because of the noise and pollution.
It was frustrating that our key card did not work to open the door and there was no effort to fix this so we had to keep asking g for the key. The pillows are not good quality and the beds were hard- it did not compare well with the other Smy hotel I stayed in (in Alghero).
