Great location on the main square yet not too noisy. Very spacious.
Pillows very poor Quality.
It would have been nice to be able to make tea / coffee in the room rather than in the communal area.

Excellent location right off main square comfortable clean room attentive and responsive service-fabulous vibrant beautiful city! Perfect for access to train station for day trips!

Room size was good and the bathroom was large. A good shower. Location was very good in the Piazza Maggiore.
Almost no contact with staff, only at check in. So essentially only rented a room for 3 nights. Room was very warm in late October and only was to cool it down was to open the windows and hear the loud street noise below.
To get to the apartment, had to go through 4 locked areas, a bit cumbersome.
Breakfast included but not ideal, had to go across the street to a small cafe for only coffee, Juice, and a pastry.
