Good location, very close to shops and cafes. Easy to walk to anywhere you need to! Nice view from the sky light (also had automatic shades to keep the room dark at night, which was great). Nice clean room with coffee machine. Air conditioning was great. Functioning elevator.
Was hard to find how to get into the room/get to the property, confusing with the entrances/codes. No private fridge (but had a shared common area with fridge and microwave, microwave was nice to have as most hotels don’t usually have that, but not many plates/utensils). No luggage stand. Only cleaned the room every 2 days so didn’t replenish coffee or sheets (but cleaning people were nice enough to give us new towels when we asked)

The room was very good, clean and location is excellent. Even though we didn't meet the staff in person, communication with them via e-mail and booking was excellent and they were very supportive on our requests.
