The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Location was very good - only a 12 minute walk to the historic center. Room was clean and comfortable. The windows were very good quality. We didn't hear any street noise. The variety and quality of selections at breakfast was above expectations. I forgot some things in the room safe and the staff were extremely diligent in returning them!
I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.

Clean, tidy, helpful, friendly, fantastic staff, lovely breakfast, great location, glazing that works (😉); fridge and security-safe in room really useful too.
Grazie per esservi presi cura di noi.
A simple, little thing - a hook or shelf in the shower to put gels on.

Really was the perfect hotel for us, the staff were great, our room was very comfortable and the location in the centre of Bologna meant we had easy access to everywhere.

The location.
There was no elevator and breakfast was very ordinary.
